Телевизионный сезон обычно заканчивается в июне, июль–август – время повторов и сериалов. Но в этот раз мертвого сезона не наступило. Во-вторых, на всех основных каналах прошли премьеры передач, что для летнего времени совсем не характерно. «Зачинщиком» стал ТВ Центр, выпустивший в самом конце июня воскресное ток-шоу «Политическая кухня». Суть его в том, что семеро известных мужчин готовят по национальному блюду какой-то страны, одновременно обсуждая ее животрепещущие политические проблемы. Кому-то показалось цинизмом обсуждение серьезных тем между сниманием пробы и шутками-прибаутками. Кто-то, напротив, посчитал интересным ходом то, что VIP’ы трудятся локоть к локтю, отчего раскрепощаются, становясь простыми, человечными и похожими на нас с вами. Как бы то ни было, «Политическая кухня» оказалась заметной премьерой, а Константин Затулин в роли ведущего – ТВ-открытием. Еще одна премьера ТВ Центра – передача «Временно доступен». Ведущие Дмитрий Дибров и Игорь Васильков приглашают в ночной эфир знаменитостей и говорят с ними о смысле жизни, а зрители звонят в эфир и задают свои вопросы. Первым «временно доступным» гостем стал певец Александр Градский.
Премьера ток-шоу «Гордон Кихот» на Первом канале прошла всего два раза (хотя записано девять выпусков) – по утверждению пресс-службы, передача ушла в отпуск до сентября. Герой первого выпуска писатель Сергей Минаев в роли «чудовища» отечественной культуры оказался весьма на месте. Не то вышло с героем следующим, Сергеем Мавроди, – человек отсидел за неуплату налогов, никакой собственности, кроме старых «Жигулей», не нажил, в тюрьме написал неплохую книгу под названием «Искушение» – по всему получалось, что ведущему тут особо и не с чем воевать…
Появился на Первом и ночной канал для продвинутых зрителей – «Городские пижоны»: два американских сериала плюс новинки мирового арт-хаузного кино. Еще одна премьера канала в июле – народное караоке-шоу «Можешь? Спой!». А 28-го июля стартует проект «Давай, поженимся!», где на глазах у телезрителей будут соединяться судьбы.
На НТВ на месте «Воскресного вечера с Владимиром Соловьевым» встали две премьерные программы: Кирилла Набутова «Наказание. Русская тюрьма вчера и сегодня» и Сергея Шнурова «Окопная жизнь». О чем программа Набутова – понятно из названия. А Шнуров, оказывается, давно увлечен историей войн; в своей программе он исследует реалии повседневной жизни служивых, расспрашивает участников локальных войн и конфликтов в Анголе, Эфиопии, Афганистане, показывает архивные материалы и т.д.
Канал «Россия» в июле отличился кадровыми перестановками. Закрылась авторская программа Сергея Брилева «5 студия», она была рассчитана на предвыборный период и выполнила свою функцию. В августе ведущий появится на экране в новом формате «Вести в субботу», которые будут включать в себя новости дня и интервью с ньюсмейкерами. В интервью газете The Financial Times Брилев сказал, что «Кремль стал мировым рекордсменом по пропаганде». Комментируя корреспонденту «НГ» свое высказывание (см. «НГ» от 07.07.08), Брилев сослался на неточность перевода (интервью давалось на английском языке), но сказал, что даже и в таком виде – это скорее комплимент, поскольку он относит Кремль к высшей лиге «по степени воздействия на умы журналистов». А 18 июля пришло сообщение РИА Новости со ссылкой на пресс-службу канала, что автор и ведущий программы «Национальный интерес» Дмитрий Киселев назначен заместителем генерального директора ВГТРК и главой информационной службы холдинга. Возглавлявший информационную службу Андрей Быстрицкий остается заместителем генерального директора и будет руководить всеми международными проектами компании.
В июле же выяснилось, что ВГТРК не номинировала свои работы на конкурс ТЭФИ-2008. Сообщение об этом появилось 10 июля на страницах «Ъ». Странно, однако, что ни руководители каналов, ни представители телеакадемии публичные заявления по этому поводу делать не торопились. Когда же обозленные журналисты принялись названивать в пресс-службу ТЭФИ, им было сказано, что данная информация присутствует на одноименном сайте с 25 июня. Каковой, видимо, следует считать сообщение о возросшей роли производителей: «Предоставление на конкурс работ, прошедших в эфире телеканалов «Россия», «Культура» и НТВ, только их производителями». Например, представленные производителями «Ликвидация» («Россия») и «Своя игра» (НТВ) в конкурсе участвуют.
Слухи о том, что ВГТРК вроде бы собирается покинуть академию (как это уже сделали полтора года назад НТВ и ТНТ), появились в конце прошлого года. Однако официальных заявлений не последовало (как и действий – в отличие от названных каналов ВГТРК не вышла из учредителей ТЭФИ). Увы, разговоры не остались только разговорами. Может, конкурс перестал отвечать своему предназначению – выявлять и награждать лучший телевизионный продукт года? Недовольство открытым – и зачастую корпоративным – голосованием выражают все, от зрителей до самих академиков. Но, возможно, ситуация поправима: с этого года голосование происходит тайно и по профессиональным гильдиям. Печальны все эти демарши, связанные с борьбой амбиций и подсчетом статуэток... А оценивать есть что, меньше работ не стало – на ТЭФИ-2008 поступило 474 заявки (на ТЭФИ-2007 было подано 455).
С нашумевшим проектом «Имя – Россия» в июле творилось нечто странное: долгое время в интернет-голосовании лидировал Иосиф Сталин, накануне 90-й годовщины расстрела царской семьи его обошел Николай Второй, продержался неделю – и снова вперед вырвался Сталин… 15 июля голосование было приостановлено, а 18 июля на сайте телеканала «Россия» появилось заявление первого заместителя главы ВГТРК Александра Любимова, в котором говорилось: «Нам потребовалось несколько дней, чтобы в гигантском потоке запросов на наш ресурс (www.nameofrussia.ru) выявить тех, кто превратил Сталина в компьютерный вирус. Это те же люди, которые ежедневно рассылают на ваши компьютеры горы спама». Здесь же был приложен список 22 хакеров, вернее, их ников.
Вот что думает по поводу телевизионных скандалов июля известный культуролог и телеаналитик Даниил Дондурей: «Российское телевидение не может жить без скандалов, это давно его топливо – ведь скандалы шокируют, а следовательно, вызывают повышенное внимание людей, а это рейтинги и деньги. В начале месяца случился очередной конфуз по поводу ТЭФИ; на мой взгляд, телевизионная академия стала заложницей своего предельно устаревшего устава и подсчета «орденов» руководителями каналов. Далее сложилась скандальная ситуация с голосованием «Имя – Россия», когда на первое место на две недели вышел Сталин. Думается, можно говорить о системном кризисе тех моделей телевидения (и самого телевизионного сообщества), которые были созданы в 90-х годах.
«Имя – Россия» – очень важный идеологический продукт, связанный с главной установкой последнего года: патриотизм – единственная ценность в стране. Все специалисты понимают, что методы подсчета интернет-голосов – нерепрезентативны. Это даже не игра, а лукавая игрушка, специальная акция, чтобы в преддверии «любимого» августа страна погрузилась в пучины как бы забавного скандала, цель которого – капитализация интереса к проекту «России». Уверен, команды по фамилиям поступили из одних и тех же кабинетов. Надо отдать должное авторам проекта – зная свой народ, они стали работать не с Мининым, Пожарским и Донским, а со Сталиным и Лениным. У нас ведь ничего не делается для стирания памяти о сатрапе (как в Германии с именем Гитлера) – наше телевидение годами твердит, что Сталин был сложной фигурой. Поедал людей, но побеждал, увеличивал империю, но был несчастлив в личной жизни... Кто победит в итоге – неважно: ничего нового про свою историю миллионы зрителей не поймут. Зато сделаем из великих фигур поп-звезд (наподобие Билана и Аршавина), а заодно заработаем политический капитал и деньги».
